Requirements for purchasing suppressors
With the removal of the $200 fee and the new eForms process, it is easier and more affordable than ever to own a suppressor, however there are still requirements that must be met before you can take home your new suppressor.
To purchase an NFA item you must be at least 21 years old and be able to pass a background check.
Buying locally:
If you purchase from us and want to pick up your suppressor in store we can help you with the background check, finger prints, and paperwork. This is included with the purchase of your suppressor. If you would like to open up a NFA trust for your NFA items, we also provide that service for an extra $50. You will need to make an appointment HERE and come in for finger prints, a photo, and to fill out a background check questionnaire. We then submit this info to the ATF and we will call you when you are approved and can come pick up your suppressor. At the moment, it is taking about a month for trusts and a few weeks for individuals to receive their tax stamp and approval.
Shipping a suppressor:
If you purchase a suppressor from us and would like to have it shipped somewhere other than TX. Please email us the name and phone number of your FFL at sales@angleofattackarms.com. Please ensure this FFL accepts NFA transfers before providing us with the information. Thank you!
